BAD NEWS: “A permanent move over loan move” Wolverhampton wanderers outcast make no U- Turn decision of not staying at Molineux green pasture as Player forcing a move ahead January window to Join yellow submarine.

Earlier today, reports from Spain suggested that Villarreal might explore a January loan move for Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Gonçalo Guedes. The 27-year-old forward is reportedly open to the idea of joining the La Liga club.

El Periódico Mediterráneo echoed Guedes’ interest in reuniting with Villarreal as part of their winter transfer plans.

This season, Villarreal manager Marcelino has been unable to count on Gerard Moreno for most matches, and recent injury troubles have hit Ilias Akhomach as well.

If Moreno’s condition doesn’t improve, Villarreal could seek attacking reinforcements in January. Guedes, familiar to Marcelino from their time at Valencia, is being considered as an option. He also spent the latter half of last season on loan at Villarreal and would be “delighted” to return, according to the newspaper.

The Portuguese international has struggled for regular minutes this season, having played only 279 minutes over 10 matches. His contract with Wolves runs until 2027, though the club is open to letting him leave next year.

Wolves are reportedly interested in a permanent sale, while Villarreal is considering a loan. Villarreal might reassess if the injury situation, particularly with Moreno, worsens.
