“What I heard from the crowd” PL juorno reveal HILLARIOUS chant by fans in the Toffees 2-0 over Town.

A Liverpool Echo journalist noted that the defender left the Portman Road field to chants of “Keane” from the away supporters after Everton’s 2-0 victory in East Anglia.

Keane had doubled Everton’s lead with a well-executed strike into the top of the net before halftime, standing out as a key player in Sean Dyche’s side as they secured all three points.

Michael Keane’s Redemption Story at Everton

Had Dyche been able to select from a fully fit squad in the season’s first eight games, Keane likely would not have played many minutes, with James Tarkowski and Jarrad Branthwaite ahead of him in the pecking order.

However, Branthwaite’s ongoing injury issues have given Keane the opportunity to start six Premier League matches. Initially, Keane was criticized as Everton lost four consecutive games.

Since then, however, Keane and the team have experienced a significant improvement in form, remaining unbeaten in their last four matches with two wins, two draws, and clean sheets in each.

Like in their first win of the season against Crystal Palace, Branthwaite is expected to take Keane’s place once fully fit—but that won’t be an easy task.

Keane’s rapid turnaround in form and his growing support from the Goodison Park faithful highlight Dyche’s belief in the 31-year-old, and for the first time in a while, Everton now has real depth at central defense.
