“I’d advice Leeds to revisit interest on Signing this player” Marcelo Bielsa not happy with Leeds United current state and remind Leeds to re- sign 23yr Old experienced attacker to Elland Road.
Leeds United is reportedly interested in re-signing Jack Clarke, according to a newspaper report on August 18th (page 69). However, they face competition from Southampton and Lazio for the 23-year-old winger.
Following Rutter’s departure, manager Daniel Farke is keen to bring Clarke back to Elland Road. Clarke had previously left Leeds for Tottenham in a £10 million deal in 2019.
Leeds’ summer has been challenging as they prepare for another season in the Championship. The club has lost several key players, including Rutter, Archie Gray, and Crysencio Summerville.
In an effort to bolster their attacking options, Leeds is now considering Clarke’s return. Former Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa was a strong advocate for Clarke, praising his technical skills and attitude in September 2019.
After struggling at Tottenham, Clarke has flourished at Sunderland, becoming one of the Championship’s standout players. While he may not directly replace Summerville or Gnonto, Clarke would undoubtedly add quality to Farke’s squad.
