Crystal Palace seal a complete transfer deal of Ismaila Sarr and now in HUGE contention of 18yr Old £34k P/W winger to complete frontline reinforcement ahead of next season.
Crystal Palace’s transfer activity is gaining momentum, with Chadi Riad and Daichi Kamada already secured and a third signing imminent.
Ismaila Sarr is on the verge of joining, having reportedly completed his medical and now awaiting visa approval to finalize the deal.
With funds available from Michael Olise’s sale, Palace’s transfer business is likely to continue. The club has now been linked with a highly promising young player.
According to Swedish outlet Expressen, Crystal Palace is one of three clubs considering a move for 18-year-old Bazoumana Toure. They face competition from Bayer Leverkusen, Eintracht Frankfurt, and several Belgian teams.
Despite Toure’s current club, Hammarby, being reluctant to sell this summer, offers from these interested parties could be forthcoming. Palace might consider a loan-back arrangement until the end of the Allsvenskan season if they secure his signature.
Toure, who joined Hammarby from ASEC Mimosas for just £374,000 in March, has quickly made an impact in Sweden. He’s scored three goals and provided two assists in his first nine games, drawing praise from local media.
Fotbollskanalen described Toure as “something special” after a goal-scoring performance. Bollsvenskan highlighted his efficiency and skill, noting how quickly he’s established himself as a dangerous offensive weapon in Hammarby’s system.
The young winger’s performances have marked him as a potential bargain, with his underlying statistics comparing favorably to other wingers and wide midfielders in the Allsvenskan.
If Palace succeed in signing Toure, it would represent an investment in future talent, complementing their immediate reinforcement of the squad with Sarr’s arrival to replace Olise.
