“I will never sell him because…..” Daniel Farke surprisingly break silence over Long term Leeds United loyalist as Farke confirm Player to be Part of next Season Plan….. Will Leeds clinch Top Flight promotion with this same players?

Leeds United faces another summer of uncertainty after failing to secure promotion to the Premier League. With the possibility of key players departing for substantial fees, the onus is on the 49ers ownership group to retain the core contributors to Daniel Farke’s promotion push at Elland Road.

One such player whose future is under scrutiny is Pascal Struijk. According to reports from Football Insider, the 24-year-old center-back has drawn interest ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window. Struijk has been sidelined since Boxing Day due to an adductor injury, undergoing a second operation after previously treating a hernia earlier in the season.

Retaining Struijk is of paramount importance for Leeds, given his status as the team’s top center-back and the lack of depth in that position. With Liam Cooper’s departure looming and uncertainty surrounding Joe Rodon’s return, Struijk remains the primary option alongside Ethan Ampadu and Charlie Cresswell, with the latter potentially better suited for midfield duties.

Farke has unequivocally stated his desire to keep Struijk at the club, emphasizing his value as a ball-playing defender. This stance sends a clear message to the 49ers ownership that Struijk is indispensable and should not be allowed to leave under any circumstances during the summer transfer window.
